Cancellation policy
Please note we operate an appointment booking system. The therapist is not based at the clinic and arrives especially for your booked appointment. At least 24 hours cancellation notice is required once your appointment has been booked, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.
Please note : When an appointment is taken , a room and time is booked for you at our very busy clinic. When you cancel without notice or do not attend for your appointment the therapist is billed for the room and you will be charged and / or refused treatment in the future.
