Cancellation policy
Please note the operation of an appointment booking system. At least 24 hours cancellation notice is required once your appointment has been booked, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee is applicable.
Please note : When an appointment is taken ,the room and time is booked for you at this very busy clinic. When you cancel without notice or do not attend for your appointment you will be charged and / or refused treatment in the future.
