Your first appointment will usually last about an hour and a half and will include a 30 mins consultation and a medical questionnaire.
Please arrive on time but not too early ( lateness may incur an additional fee or your treatment time will be shortened so as not to impact the next client). Too early will often make the present client uncomfortable or feel rushed which is counterproductive in such a therapy.
Firstly, a full explanation of the equipment and procedure will take place. Secondly, the treatment itself will last between 45 and 60 minutes using disposable equipment which means that there are no mess or smells which can be off-putting.
As your therapist, I will work discreetly to protect your dignity at all times.
Once the treatment is concluded you will be allowed sufficient time to feel safe to leave without the fear of accidents, this can be a real fear for some clients.

Cancellation Policy
Please note the operation of an appointment booking system. A strict 48 hours cancellation and reschedule policy is in place once your appointment time has been booked.
A cancellation fee is applicable for 24hr short notice. Please note rescheduled appointments are limited to one per booking.
Please note : When an appointment is scheduled , the room and time is booked for you at this very busy clinic.
Cancellation without notice or short notice (24hrs) your appointment will be lost .
Finally, all bookings are paid for in advance to secure appointment online or when you contact me by phone.
Appointments times are available outside of these times by prior agreement with the clinic on occasions and will incur an additional call out fee.
